Customer Approvals
Big Rhino requires customer quote and artwork approvals throughout the order process, which are made via our online quote system. Please confirm all information on your quote before giving an approval. Quotes must be approved by the customer before Big Rhino will proceed with an order. This coupled with your deposit will move your order forward.
Through the order process, customers must approve all artwork before Big Rhino will send an order to production. An "Art Approval" will be sent via email that contains a link allowing you to approve your artwork. Check artwork for typos, misspellings, and missing design elements. Customers retain all responsibility for errors once an order is approved.

Quote Guarantee
All Quotes are guaranteed for 10-business days from the quote creation date.
Deposits
Big Rhino requires a deposit to begin the order process. Due dates are affected based on when a deposit is received. Refunds for deposits are negotiable depending on the stage of the order process. After making a deposit, please ensure to contact us before production begins in the event you decide to cancel your order. We can potentially return non-decorated garments to our vendors, but we can't receive credits from our vendors for decorated goods. Special order items are non-refundable.
Customer Supplied Goods
Sorry, but Big Rhino cannot guarantee customer supplied goods. Unfortunately, as in most cases, nothing in this world is 100% perfect. As such, our industry standard spoilage is a rate of +/- 2%. Although we work hard to reduce as many errors as possible, the probability of an error is still present. In the event that your supplied goods become subject to this spoilage, it is difficult for Big Rhino to replace your goods with an exact replacement.
We will, however, consider replacing your product with a similar product offered by one of our vendors, if an acceptable replacement is available. We will print or embroider on replacement items provided by the customer, but we cannot guarantee a replacement for customer supplied goods.
Production Schedule
Big Rhino processes orders based on a 10-business day Production Schedule. All orders will be available for pick-up or delivery the following business day after the Production Schedule. Orders will be delayed if there are delays in approving artwork, sew-outs, samples, etc. Rush orders will incur a 5% fee (of the order total) for everyday rushed under the 10-business day schedule. No rush charges will apply to orders that Big Rhino completes early due to openings in the schedule.
DTG (Direct-To-Garment) Printing via TShirtCola.com
Big Rhino no longer provides DTG printing in-house. We have partnered with TShirtCola.com to provide these services. Orders placed through TShirtCola.com adhere to the policies and terms at TShirtCola.com. Orders placed through TShirtCola.com will be delivered to the address you provide by shipping carriers. Big Rhino will not handle your order, and your order will not be available for pick-up. Shipping charges will apply.
Things to keep in mind, DTG will not print correctly on garments that contain polyester. We strongly suggest printing only on 100% cotton. If you insist to print on anything other than 100% cotton, your results will vary greatly.
Art Charges
1-hour of Artwork is included with every shirt order of 100 pcs or more. Artwork that exceeds 1-hour will incur an Art Charge at the rate of $50 per hour. Orders based on "Art Only" will incur an art charge at the rate of $50 per hour. When purchasing "Art Only", then purchasing shirts after art creation, Big Rhino will reduce your shirt order by at least $50. Logo creation starts at $250.00, plus $50 increments for major modifications.
Contract Printing
The terms and conditions stated herein do not apply to contract printing. See contract price sheet for terms and conditions that apply directly to contract printing.
