Our embroidery process begins with your design. Your design is converted into a digital format using embroidery software, which maps out each stitch. We charge a one-time fee per design to convert it to a digitized format that is readable by embroidery machines. We accept embroidery files (tape) if you want to provide one to avoid the digitizing fee. Please check with us to ensure your file is recognizable with our machines.
